Measure a garment that fits you well and lay it flat: chest/bust across the widest point, length from the highest shoulder to hem, and waist at the natural waistline. Compare to the charts and size up if you're between sizes.
Apparel and scrub charts are in inches; towel sizes are in centimetres. 1 inch = 2.54 cm. We can supply any chart in your preferred units.
